PRODUCTION & QUALITY
From Raw Clay
To Export-Ready Pottery
A transparent look at our end-to-end production workflow, quality inspection protocols, and packaging standards — designed to meet the expectations of global buyers.
SECTION 01
Production
Process Flow
Our production follows a structured 10-stage workflow from raw material intake to final container loading. Each stage is assigned to responsible personnel with clear checkpoints to ensure consistency across all batches. Below is a detailed breakdown of each step, the team involved, and the purpose it serves.

SECTION 02
Quality
Assurance System
Our quality assurance framework operates at two levels: inline control during active production, and final inspection before packing. All finished goods are subject to 100% inspection. Defects are formally classified into three tiers — Critical, Major, and Minor — with clear criteria for acceptance or rejection.
Raw Material QC
Production Manager and QA inspect all incoming clay and glazes through physical assessment — bonding, texture, plasticity. Test samples are fired when needed to validate unfamiliar batches before mass production begins.
Inline Production QC
The QA team conducts weekly inline checks across all active production lines. Any detected defect triggers an immediate corrective action request to the Production Manager. This stage controls 100% of semi-finished products before they reach the glaze line.
Pre-Shipment Final QC
After kiln unloading and warehousing, the QC warehouse team performs a complete 100% inspection of all finished pieces against the Purchase Order specifications. Only pieces meeting all acceptance criteria proceed to packing and loading.
SECTION 03
Packaging
Standards
Packaging is adapted to product type and customer requirements, with the shared objective of protecting goods from damage during transportation and container stacking. All palletised loads comply with container height restrictions and are secured with plastic strapping.
