2. What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
We offer flexible MOQs depending on product type and order mix. Please contact us for details based on your specific requirements.
3. How do you ensure product quality?
Every product undergoes strict quality control during production and before shipment. Our QC team ensures color consistency, durability, and proper packaging.
4. Can you arrange container loading and export documentation?
Yes, we handle full export processes including container loading supervision, documentation, and coordination with shipping lines.
5. How can I request a quotation or catalog?
You can fill out the contact form on our website or email us directly. We will send you our latest catalog and quotation within 24 hours.
6. What is your ordering process?
Once the quotation is approved, we issue a Proforma Invoice (PI) and begin production after receiving your deposit.
7. What payment terms do you offer?
We usually work with 2 payment options:
1. Letter of Credit (LC) at sight
2. Telegraphic Transfer (TT): 30% advance payment (DEPOSIT) upon order confirmation, with the remaining 70% due within 7 days of receiving the copy of shipping documents via email.
